Shared Services Hub Build-Up for the APAC Region

As part of an APAC growth strategy, a regional shared services hub was to be established in Southeast Asia. Open questions: which services can sensibly be bundled out of which countries, which provider and location strategy supports the target picture, and how does this fit with central global contracts?

Analysis of country service needs, design of the hub model, mapping onto existing global framework contracts (network integrators, global data center provider, central ITSM platform), development of a roadmap for the regional rollout with clear responsibilities.

Viable shared services concept for APAC, consistent integration into existing global sourcing structures, robust decision template for both the regional and central organisation.
