The Challenge
A multi-year programme to renew the global network landscape (Internet Access, Firewall-as-a-Service, Next-Gen Collaboration, Data Center LAN, SD-WAN) was running in several parallel design tracks. Steering of the service design deliverables across all tracks was at risk of drifting apart.

Establishing a consistent status and progress framework across all design domains, content-level challenge of service definitions, linking of technical target pictures with provider contracts and operating model. Ongoing steering reporting for programme management.
